Client:
Mid Market PE fund focussing on B2B technology investments in Europe and North America
Role:
Client is looking for a CFO for a 5 week project starting on Sep 19th to cover for the Fund CFO who will be away in that period.
The candidate will report directly to the Fund CEO and Senior Investment Partner.
Project:
The client is in the final stages of closing 2 transactions (Ireland and Northern Europe) and the project will consist on assisting the investment team in the execution and closing of the deal, setting up the SPV, relaying with all parties involved (accounting and legal)
Experience: Previous experience as a PE Fund CFO/Head of Finance (responsible for fund administration & accounting) is a MUST
Length: Role is Full time (25 days), London based but with possibility of working from home 1-2 days per week
