Project Lead/Manager - Card Payments Sector (Remote UK based and Flexible)

ReachX is hiring for a Senior Project Lead Manager to support an internationally recognised Finance company with building a project plan to support its continuing growth in other countries. The company is looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in the card and/or payments sector.

The company is looking for a Project Lead Manager to work directly with the CEO and COO. The project will focus on the creation of a globalisation strategy.

The role can be based remote, home working or office based (optional for the successful candidate).

Core responsibilities of the role include:

• Reviewing the existing strategy and redefining strategies

• Conducting and reviewing market analysis for particular countries

• Building project plans and awarding key project leads for different countries

• Assigning responsibilities to different team members

• Review company communications to staff members

• Reviewing existing regulatory considerations as part of decision making

• Analysing existing competitors in the card payment sector

Key experience required

• Experience working within the Card Payments Sector in a Fintech (essential)
• Experience setting up a new card programme (essential)
• Experience project managing and working with C level Stakeholders
• Exposure to project managing internationally (e.g. rolling into teams or working with international teams)

This is a very exciting role and can be offered as a day rate contract or a permanent position.
