ReachX is hiring for an Investor Relations Support Associate to support with a globally recognised Investment Manager. The role is based in London and offers a competitive salary package.
The core responsibilities of the role include:
Investor and client relations – provide a first point of contact for prospective investors/third parties and refer them to the most appropriate team member + oversee the management of new leads
Onboarding of new investors or clients
Daily review of investor flows
Subsequent reconciliations of flows to produce detailed management information and reports
Collation and management of MI data – internal (flows + holdings data)
Contact management – ensuring contacts receive the relevant communication in the relevant language
Management of marketing list and distribution
Investor report production, management, and delivery – including Ruffer fund factsheets where appropriate
Consultant servicing support – build strong relationship with counterpart at investment consulting/adviser firms
Support of country introducers / distributors or other important third party (eg. Platforms, rating agencies or data providers) relationships
CRM champion and expert
Assist with the organisation and running of events for new and existing investors
Team support as and when needed
Support of existing FO investor/client base of Investment Manager/Director where required
The role will report into the Investment Director.
