Corporate Finance Consultant –healthtech/biotech Equity Fundraise

ReachX is currently seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Finance Advisor to work with a leading health and wellness company. This opportunity involves spearheading a growth equity raise of £5 million to fuel the company's expansion plans. The position is remote, and we welcome candidates from across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team of the health and wellness company to develop a comprehensive growth equity strategy.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to assess the company's growth potential.
• Provide clear guidance on current valuation, incorporating future growth potential, IP, and data lake.
• Lead the end-to-end deal management process, including structuring, negotiating, and closing the £5 million raise.
• Provide expert financial advice and strategic recommendations to support the company's growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the fundraising process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Corporate Finance, ideally within the biotech, healthech, or wellness industries.
• Strong track record of successfully executing growth equity raises or similar funding initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of the health and wellness market landscape, with an understanding of big data trends and digital platforms being a plus.
• Effective negotiation and communication abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• UK-based with the flexibility to work remotely and support the company's needs during the fundraising process.

Location: Remote or London based

Rate: Highly competitive retention rate plus bonus on completion
