ReachX is supporting a top-tier corporate acquirer, backed by a leading private equity fund, on a strategic fundraising mandate within the automotive retail services sector.

We are seeking an experienced Capital Introduction Consultant to support a €40M direct investment fundraise, targeting family offices and private investors across Europe.

The investment opportunity we are raising for is for highly cash generative business with a track record of success and is a Euro300M EV company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute capital introduction activities focused on family offices and UHNW investors.
• Develop and manage investor pipelines for a direct investment opportunity in automotive retail services.
• Work closely with the corporate finance team and senior stakeholders to structure and deliver fundraising materials.
• Represent the opportunity to qualified investors and support closing discussions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in capital raising or investor relations within corporate finance, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong existing network of family offices and private investors across Europe.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
