Company Overview: Our client is a leading SaaS company dedicated to lowering emissions through AI. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Support Specialist to assist them with their upcoming growth equity raise.

Job Summary: The Process Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting fundraising efforts. This position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of growth equity raises, excellent investor relations skills, and the ability to manage data-rooms and investor materials efficiently.

The role will be remote and is expected to require a minimum commitment of 3 days a week for 4-5 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Dataroom Management: Organize and maintain the virtual dataroom, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible to authorized parties.
  • Investor Materials: Prepare, review, and distribute investor materials, including pitch decks, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
  • Due Diligence Support: Assist in coordinating due diligence processes, ensuring all required information is provided accurately and promptly.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams and external investors.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all investor interactions and document submissions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with venture capital or private equity firms.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics.
